Frankly Doodle is for the dropouts, the dreamers, the doers, the outcasts, for anyone who feels too much and never quite fits the frame. We’re a non profit creative workspace where young adults who’ve been pushed to the edges can learn, land and grow at their own pace.
We don’t chase perfection. We care about expression. About lines that wobble and stories that refuse to stay quiet. A place where thinking different isn’t strange at all, it’s just normal.

We all move through the world with different minds. Some of us think in spirals, some in straight lines. Some learn fast, some learn sideways. Some carry labels like ADHD, autism, dyslexia, giftedness or HSP. Others go through heavy seasons, burnout, depression or the strange dance between introvert and extrovert. At Frankly Doodle, we see all of that as part of being human, not something to fix, but something that shapes perspective, creativity and courage. The dropouts, the dreamers, the overthinkers, the quiet ones, the loud ones, the ones who never fit the frame… they’re the ones who move culture forward. We’re not here to put people into boxes. We’re here to break them open. Because the world often paints everything in grey, but different minds bring the color. In our creative space, everyone gets room to land, learn and grow in their own rhythm. We celebrate the strange, the sharp edges, the left-turn ideas, all the things that make people beautifully, usefully different.

STREET CULTURE ROOTS
Our roots are grounded in street culture, street music and the lifestyle of the enfant terribles. We live in the worlds of skate, BMX and urban sports, and we’re deeply connected to the creative art scene. We are a community of free spirits who respect and celebrate every form of expression, every cultural background and every individual preference.
Creativity and diversity sit at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to building an inclusive space where anyone can show up as themselves, grow their talent and be seen for who they truly are.

At Frankly Doodle, we create a space where dreams are allowed to grow and raw diamonds get the chance to shine. We focus on young people who’ve had a difficult start and help them develop the personal strengths they often don’t even know they have.
Our approach is hands-on and creative. We offer real experience in different disciplines, from administration and creative skills to sales, production and design. We guide young adults as they build a working life, discover hidden talents and start again with a clean slate, with the confidence they deserve. For some, that even means joining the Frankly Doodle team long-term.

Our pigeon stands for freedom and breaking out of boxes, what the world likes to call pigeonholing. Just like a pigeon sees everything from above, we want Frankly Doodle to offer a broader perspective. Our logo reminds us that labels don’t define us. Our unique traits, the ones people often misunderstand, are the very things that help us fly. The music you hear when you enter our website tells the same story. It’s about embracing difference, owning who you are, and finding strength in your own rhythm. Together, we celebrate freedom, diversity and real human connection.

What is a Doodle?
We all did it as kids, drawing strange little shapes without thinking too hard about it. Those are doodles. They’re fun, spontaneous, and today there are even books about the philosophy behind them. People use doodling to communicate, to think more clearly, and to find moments of calm and joy. For us, doodling is more than a habit. It’s a way of life. It reminds us not to see life as one straight line forward, but as a path to explore. In what we do, in who we are, and in how we treat each other. Let’s allow ourselves to wander a bit more. To discover what truly makes us happy as humans, and to give others the freedom to do the same.
